Coconut Beach is a magnificent house finished in 2017. The deck overlooks the Harbour Island Pink Sand Beach and out onto the reefs protecting this wonderful beach from the surf. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have fantastic views of the deck, beach, and ocean. Covered porches allow for the enjoyment of the view while being protected from the sun. The beach is a short walk (50 feet or so) from the porch. There are two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has four single beds. The setup is perfect for a family.
