Dunn’s House and Cottage is located very close to the beach, just a one-minute walk away, on the southern end of the island in a quiet neighborhood. This 8 bed/7 bath home is spacious and perfect for a large family or group rental. Built and furnished with the idea of togetherness but has many spots you can find private quiet time in. It is equipped with a large kitchen, fully air-conditioned, internet access, washer/dryer, and a generator. The second floor has a lovely deck that affords beautiful views of the sunrise and ocean. Also has a bed/3.5-bath cottage as well. Has a dining cabana by the large pool and a newly added outdoor kitchen dining area in front. Both house and cottage are only rented together and comfortably sleeps 15. Housekeeping is provided daily except Sundays and holidays.
