Overview

The main house has 3 king ensuite bedrooms. The guest cottage has 1 king ensuite and twin beds in the second ensuite bedroom. They are trundle beds so we do have 'extra' beds to accommodate 2 more, but recognise that space will be limited.

Charter a course in the warm turquoise ocean waters to your own secure dock slip with direct private access to your property just 100' from the water's edge. Please ask about dockage fees if you are arriving by private boat. You will find the house comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities. We also have a safe in every room.

The open plan arrangement with high spec kitchen, dining and sitting areas makes for a very, very social space. Beautiful outdoor spaces all add to the feeling of staying in a beautiful comfortable home with a real family feel about it. Built in 2007 the 10’ x 40’ windows provide a unique panoramic view over the bayside from every view point and the serpentine wrap-around pool provides a cool relief from the heat of the beach and an ideal retreat to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. Pool can be heated on request for supplemental fee.

Positioned almost at the water's edge, the property has its own private dock available to all our guests. A short 5-minute cart ride and you can be on the pink sands beach. Truly the best of both worlds ...

The house and guest cottage also comes with high-speed WiFi, Cable TV and air-conditioning. Our internet package gives you 75 mb/s download speed and 15 mb/s upload speed which is good for Zoom and conference calling.

Seabreeze House is an exceptional rental property and very popular, especially with families with children. One of six luxury residences set in just over 2 acres on the Sunset Harbour Estate with its own private deep water dock capable of docking boats from 30 to 120ft and draft to 9ft. The resort offers individual seclusion and privacy whilst benefiting from a shared full-time Estate Manager and maintenance staff. Designed in true Bahamian style by top Nassau architect Monty Knowles and built by Bahamian craftsmen. We have a second house on the Sunset Harbour Estate (The White House) which is ideal for rental parties of 10 - 20 in total. Ideal for wedding parties who wish to book out both properties.

RATES

The price quoted is for the main house and guest house. Option to rent the main house only with three king ensuite bedrooms or main house AND guest cottage with two further king ensuite bedrooms. Please email us your booking request.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required.  The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date.

For check-in or check-out on a Sunday, we add a $200 supplement.
